Founding Partner
Sarah Mitchell has dedicated her entire legal career to helping Arizona families plan for the future. After graduating with honors from Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, she joined one of Phoenix's premier estate planning firms before founding Legacy Law Group in 2006.
Sarah is one of only a select group of attorneys in Arizona who holds Board Certification in Estate & Trust Law—a distinction that requires extensive experience, peer endorsement, and passing a rigorous examination. She's also a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the nation's leading organization of estate planning attorneys.
Known for her warm demeanor and ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain English, Sarah has built a reputation for truly listening to her clients. She believes every estate plan should be as unique as the family it protects.
When she's not helping clients, Sarah enjoys hiking in the McDowell Mountains, volunteering with local charities, and spending time with her husband and two children—a constant reminder of why estate planning matters.
